Musician
Teacher, performer and composer.
As a Vocalist and composer, I have been performing professionally for over ten years in a variety of projects. Specialising in folk, jazz, blues and swing music; as well as being an established, professional vocalist, I play accordion, double bass and percussion.
I work from my home in Bristol providing 1:1 singing and voice lessons and am able to help students gain confidence, improve their technique and explore their love of music. In addition, my experience and extensive training supporting people with additional needs means I am able to tailor a comprehensive lesson plan for any SEN pupils wanting vocal singing lessons.
After studying a National Diploma in Music Practice and Performance, specialising in the voice, I now work in a number of settings delivering music workshops, singing on stage and in the studio.
As a child I performed in theatre productions, attended Stage Coach and performed in a variety of choirs and ensembles.
I run small chamber singing groups and sing in acappella vocal groups as well as band leading and performing with larger ensembles.
I perform in a wide variety of settings, from leading UK festivals such as Glastonbury festival, Shambala and Boomtown to events in Europe such as Ferrara Buskers Festival (IT) and Ghironda Street festival (IT) where I have performed as an invited act.
I have toured extensively in Europe and the US as well as the UK. I draw upon a a wealth of experience playing everything from high-profile events to weddings, music venues and corporate functions with a number of my projects.
